Coming Soon: Podcast Series “Signals & Synapses”

The Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics will soon unveil their new podcast Signals and Synapses. The English language series features interviews with researchers at the MPI discussing their latest research as well as their challenges and ideas for the future. Each episode connects junior researchers with seasoned scientists, offering a fresh and engaging perspective on hot topics in neuroscience.
The unique format not only appeals to a general audience but also promotes cross-disciplinary understanding. While accessible to all, it also invites students of neuroscience and related fields to discover new scientific passions.
The first episode, launching on February 10, 2025, features Jennifer Li and Drew Robson, whose use the unique model organism zebrafish to understand how cognition works. Co-hosted by PhD student Svenja Klinkowski, the episode offers an engaging blend of expertise and curiosity, setting the tone for the series.
